Brittanie Omodt, LPCC, LMHC

Brittanie works with adults (18+) who are navigating a variety of challenges, including anxiety, depression, trauma, OCD, life transitions, grief and loss, and low self-esteem. She believes in meeting each person where they are, offering a nonjudgmental and supportive space. Brittanie draws from a variety of therapeutic approaches, including Humanistic, Existential, and CBT, tailoring her techniques to each client’s unique needs. Her work is grounded in compassion, honesty, and a good dose of humor, helping clients gain insight, explore new perspectives, and feel supported through whatever life throws their way.
