I’m not interested in surface-level therapy, and I definitely won’t give you the “blank stare and clipboard” experience in our sessions. I offer therapy in both English and Spanish and work with people ages 10 and up. That might look like a rambunctious kid with big feelings, a teen who feels misunderstood or rejected, adults trying to figure out how to “do life,” or elders navigating relationships with their now-grown children who suddenly have kids of their own.
I provide individual, couples, and family therapy—assuming you can convince your eccentric family members to join you. I especially love the complexity, humor, and humanity that come with supporting neurodivergent, 2SLGBTQ+, BIPOC, and chronically ill communities—because let’s be honest, life is rarely neat and uncomplicated.
