By opting in, you agree that:
You are the owner or authorized user of the mobile number provided.
You consent to receive automated and non-automated SMS messages from ElevateEQ Health.
Message frequency varies based on your care needs (typically 1β4 messages per month).
Your consent is not a condition of receiving services.
